    To be an educational institution where the students who are committed to Atatürk’s Principles and Reforms, who adopt humanist assets from the national perspective to the universal one, who embrace their own culture while being open to other cultures, who better themselves while interpreting the necessities of the era, who carry out self-assessment when necessary, who always need learning are raised.

    The discipline based on our students' ability to see the value of our society in universal values and to struggle for the development of these values should take on the responsibility of their own words and behaviors will help us to cultivate young people who are intellectually and physically fit. Every student who grows in this direction will be a seed to the ground for the formation of a new generation.

    The entire team is aware of the fact that the values that make up our young people are not transmitted through genetic means and they are aware of the fact that the social environment such as family, school, friend environment is very influential. In doing so, the main purpose of our school is to train students who are strong in their roots and who are able to integrate with the world and who are wide, unprejudiced, wise and open to the world.

    The values we think that we will contribute to the formation of our students with our educator identity are:

    Training is by no means a service area that is conducted through trial and error and where children are used as subjects. Education for our children should be perceived as a serious service that everyone should take care of. With this awareness, our children actively grow and develop themselves in the hands of highly trained and educated specialists.

    Our principals, especially our teachers and other colleagues who have been working together for many years, are experts in their fields and educators who understand from student psychology. Depending on the principle of continuous improvement and improvement, many professional development seminars are organized in our institution during the training year and our teachers are encouraged to participate in workshops on education.

    Assessment at our school, where continuous improvement is essential, is done not to measure the difference between individuals but to guide each individual in their own development. Our primary goal is to help our students to complete the process of becoming an individual, taking into account individual perceptions and learning differences.

    In appropriate learning environments, it is ensured that students are able to fully acquire the achievements of a unit or topic. In certain parts of each unit and at the end of the unit, studies are carried out aiming at eliminating the learning deficiencies identified by the “subject application tests” given to identify the deficiencies of the students.

    Our goal is not only to be an institution that prepares high school students, but also to be an educational institution that aims to provide the necessary equipment for the children after high school education. All our efforts will be to educate students that represent Eskişehir well, who play a role in the beautiful future days of our country who will make our world more livable.
